PUBLIC NOTICE

The County Council of Dorchester County, Maryland will conduct a public hearing at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 in Room 110, County Office Building, 501 Court Lane, Cambridge, Maryland 21613 to consider BILL NO. 2026-8 AN ACT OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND TO AMEND CHAPTER 155 (ZONING), § 155-50 (SUPPLEMENTARY USE REGULATIONS) OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY CODE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMITTING FARM BREWERIES AND FARM DISTILLERIES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING THAT THE TITLE OF THIS BILL SHALL BE DEEMED A FAIR SUMMARY, AND GENERALLY RELATING TO ZONING IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND.

The public is invited to attend the hearing and to provide comments which are generally limited to three minutes per individual.
